Which Ad Type is Right for Me?

We provide a variety of effective solutions to advertise your property or business in an appealing, yet non-obtrusive manner. Ad Types are broken down into two simple categories: Listings and Ads. Visitors who click on a Listing are sent to a detailed property page. While Ad clicks are sent directly to your website.
The below describes the differences in each Ad Type, available upgrades and the valuable features included in a Leisure Linx Standard Listing.

Leisure Linx offers the following Ad Types:

Standard Listing

A Standard Listing is the default setting.

Listings display on your property’s state page.

No website? No problem! When a visitor clicks on your listing, they are taken to a detailed page that offers the following »

Premium Listing

Upgrade to a Premium Listing for all the features of a standard listing PLUS your listing floats to the top of the search results page for your city and includes graphic enhancements to make it stand out.

On average, premium listings receive 40% more inquiries than standard listings.

Featured Listing

A Featured Listing Ad is an optional add-on to enhance and promote your listing. These ads are located on the right side of the home page, state pages, and state search results pages, and consist of a photo, your property name, location, and view.

On average, featured ads receive 50% - 65% more inquiries than a listing alone. Featured Ads appear on a rotational basis.

Banner Ad

Banner Ads are prominently displayed on the header of select website pages and link visitors directly to your website.

The run-of-site (ROS) banner option is an excellent value providing placement on the homepage and across all sections of the site.

Banner ads are placed by contacting us, and are not selected through the advertiser account on Leisure Linx.

Spotlight Ad

Spotlight Ads display on your state page AND search results page on a rotational basis with other spotlight ads. When a visitor clicks on your ad, they are taken directly to your website.

Spotlight ads are perfect for real estate agents, vacation rental companies, mortgage companies, builders, and home improvement companies.

Lead Management

Choose this option to receive leads directly from qualified website visitors who choose to learn more about your property. With InfoNow lead management, visitors send their contact information directly to your email so you can communicate immediately with them.

Ad Placement Options

Run of Site (ROS): A Run of Site Ad displays on the homepage, state pages, and search results pages all across the website. By far the greatest exposure for your property!

Home Page Placement Home Page: Highlight your property with a Featured Ad on our home page - the most visited page on the website.

State Page Placement State Page: Feature your property on your state page, a popular starting point for visitors who want to narrow down their choice by state.

Search Results Page: This page provides visitors with the listing results of the various property types within your state.
