Which Category Should I Choose?

Use the Developments category to promote two or more properties for sale within a development or community, including any combination of homes, condominiums, villas, homesites, or RV sites located within the same community or development. If you want to promote both your development/community and also list any individual property for sale within that community, first set up your development/community, and then add your individual property for sale.

Use the Property for Sale category for an individual home, cabin, cottage, condo, inn, homesite, RV site, or villa. The property does NOT have to be in a development or community to be listed.

Use the Resorts and Lodges category for rental accommodations that consist of two or more lodging units. Examples include cabin resorts, beach resorts, condo hotels and motels, bed and breakfast inns, country inns, lodges, resorts, and campgrounds.

Use the Vacation Rentals category for an individual home, cabin, cottage, condo, RV site, or villa that represents one lodging unit.

Spotlight Ads display on your state page AND search results page on a rotational basis with other spotlight ads. Your ad will highlight one photo with your name and location. When a visitor clicks on your ad, they are taken directly to your website. Spotlight ads are perfect for real estate agents and agencies, vacation rental companies, property managers, golf courses, shopping, attractions, wineries, outdoor activities, mortgage companies, builders, and home improvement companies.
